Data Analyst | Global Aftersales | Dubai

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to gather information from various sources and interprets data and provide key insights and offer ways to improve aftersales and thus influencing business decisions.

 

In this role you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of aftersales KPI reporting and periodical analyses by conducting complex quantitative modelling in support of achieving the operational goals of the business. You will also be responsible for converting analytics into clear and concise Presentations and Dashboards.

 

Among your key responsibilities as are as follow:

  • Work with the MIS team to take insights and convert into Presentable power points to be used by management.
  • Define, implement and measure performance goals and metrics at the Products and Business Unit levels for the aftersales strategy and operations.
  • Perform requirements elicitation, statistical and qualitative data analysis and translate data into best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
  • Be able to take complex ideas data and concepts and simplify and explain through reports, infographics and power points presentations
  • Communicate complex analysis and programs effectively to a wide audience in order to achieve buy in and understanding
  • Identify the opportunities and implement automations of the reporting process. Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, by utilizing a combination of methods, sources, and tools.

 

About You:

This position analyses business data and provides analysis reports and KPIs, measures company’s inventory position and comparison to optimum stocking strategy and stock health and service level goals. These provides insights and influences key management decisions.

 

To be successful for the role you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate in graphical design or mathematical based degree (Finance, IT Business etc.)
  • Experience in communicating data to all organizational levels
  • Able to multitask and deliver the result under time pressure
  • Previous experience eliciting, evaluating and defining detailed requirements from high level ideas.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of some Data Analytics and Reporting Tools like Tableau, BIW, SAS orSAP Business Objects
  • Basic understanding of data based programming languages ( SQL, R, Python etc)
  • Aftersales or equivalent experience/training preferred but not required
