Why you'll love this job

• Responsible for working with management, end-users and other American Airlines team members to answer data related questions, address concerns, and coordinate enhancements to support cargo revenue accounting and corporate projects. You will be involved in data analysis/reporting, identifying issues, proposing solutions, coordinating and contributing to the implementation of proposed solutions.

• The role is a part of the Finance team within our Finance group.

• Ongoing analysis and advice on departmental changes, company initiatives and industry mandates Communication with end-users of cargo revenue regarding questions/concerns about CRA data/projects Communicate with IT and Automation for troubleshooting and problem solving related to systems and applications; provide refund accounting support to IT as needed
• Develop automation solutions for process enhancements including testing and implementation Assist managers as needed for special projects and report creation

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education
• 1 years of related work experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Self-starter with proven track record of demonstrating analytical aptitude
• General knowledge of accounting principles
