  • This position supports product teams and applications as a business analyst responsible for identifying project impact, sourcing and grooming data, tracking OKRs, and drawing meaningful conclusions from the analysis. This position is also responsible for all phases of Customer Experience projects, including funding submission, requirements definition, business case development, planning and implementation.
  • ​This job is a member of the Customer Planning Team within the Customer Experience Division.

What you'll do

  • Leads management of and reporting on assigned projects, using standard project management methodology and tools
  • Performs product playbacks with an emphasis on OKRs
  • Conducts product meetings; completes product tracking/analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding product progress, issues, and risks
  • Provides tactical support for Customer Notifications product
  • Oversees all aspects of assigned products from original concept, funding, development and implementation
  • Provides task and analytical guidance to project team
  • Acts as Customer Experience Innovation’s primary point of contact and subject matter expert for products
  • Prepares business case justifications in support of all capital asset requisitions
  • Partners successfully with business, IT and leadership to facilitate product success
  • Engages with frontline leaders and team members to solicit and incorporate feedback into product planning
  • Communicates and tracks product requirements through user stories and retrospectives
  • Identifies concerns, researches solutions and assists with testing
  • Negotiates for resources (as required) within the context of the product objectives, requirements, and priorities
  • Provides quantitative analysis to inform product backlog prioritization
  • Performs other duties as required

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in business, aviation management, communications, operations and supply chain, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of airline experience
  • 2 years Product Ownership and/or Project Management experience
  • 2 years’ experience developing business solutions or related analytical work
  • Proven collaboration successes across a wide variety of departments
  • Ability to conceptualize, create and present analysis and strategy to all levels of leadership
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
  • Knowledge of common software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Rally, or other product and project tracking tools
  • Knowledge of basic data management and analysis including tools like Cognos, Mosaic, etc.
