Why you'll love this job

• ​This job is a member of the Finance Team within the Finance Division.

• ​Responsible for managing financial reporting and forecasting for assigned division(s).

What you'll do

• ​Performance of analysis and due diligence on expense projects, culminating in the presentation of such analysis and recommendation to senior management
• Responsible for developing and managing the operating forecast and budget process, including in-depth cause and effect analysis on such forecasts
• Frequent contact and coordination with individuals from a wide variety of departments
• Performance of various internal and external ad-hoc analyses, akin to internal consulting

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similarly related field
• 5 years of experience in Finance

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• MBA with a concentration in Finance or equivalent experience/training
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysis 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• ​Self-starter with strong leadership skills
• Proven financial and analytical skills, including ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Skilled in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., strong skills in Excel
• Skilled in analytics
