About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- To recruit a team of Insurance Advisors.
- To manage and develop a productive sales team.
- Responsible for achieving the Unit business targets.
- To assist the Advisors with lead generation, sales calls and processing of the business.
- Ensure that the Advisors are well trained and provide the correct financial solution to the clients.
- To ensure that the sales unit has a high business persistency.
About You
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Graduate of relevant degree / diploma.
- Experience in selling financial products.
- Candidate should have a team handling background in their previous assignments.
- Should have some background and exposure to life insurance products.
- Ability to work and perform under pressure and with synergy with the team.
- Strong interpersonal facilitation and presentation skills.
- Good networking skills
- Holders of valid UAE driving license with own vehicle will be preferred.
