About the role

 

Key Responsibilities:

• To recruit a team of Insurance Advisors.
• To manage and develop a productive sales team.
• Responsible for achieving the Unit business targets.
• To assist the Advisors with lead generation, sales calls and processing of the business.
• Ensure that the Advisors are well trained and provide the correct financial solution to the clients.

• To ensure that the sales unit has a high business persistency.

 

About You

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Graduate of relevant degree / diploma.
• Experience in selling financial products.
• Candidate should have a team handling background in their previous assignments.
• Should have some background and exposure to life insurance products.
• Ability to work and perform under pressure and with synergy with the team.
• Strong interpersonal facilitation and presentation skills.
• Good networking skills
• Holders of valid UAE driving license with own vehicle will be preferred.
