About the Role

 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the relevant brand communications strategy through an effective plan which is executed in a timely manner. 

The selected candidate will work closely with the Business head and key account managers to ensure their requirements are met and activities run in line with market and business expectations
 

Some Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy, plan & implementation – across the full range of B2B and industrial products (Automotive fleet sales, Aftersales – tyres and parts trading, Trucks, Buses, construction, material handling, power products, marine)

 

Management of:

  • Product and brand participation in relevant events and exhibitions
  • Social media strategy development and implementation, relevant to the brand/ product positioning to maximise engagement, opportunities, and loyalty
  • Account Based Marketing - Identification of key target profiles and development of campaigns to drive identified targets to the relevant businesses
  • Key stakeholder relationships internally and externally (agencies, partners, and Principal brands)
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams – PR, Performance marketing & CRM

 

Some Key Accountabilities:

  • Marketing Strategy, plan & implementation
  • Campaign planning, implementation & management
  • Digital Marketing.
  • Social Media Management
  • Analytics & Reporting


About You

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  Business qualification with a strong understanding of operational & commercial marketing

 

Minimum Experience: 7 years’ relevant industry and/or B2B operational experience with exposure to marketing communications

 

Job-Specific Skills: 

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills essential - relationship management internally and externally (agencies, partners, customers, and Principal brands)
  • Analytical intelligence to make data-driven decisions, elaborate reports and bring an interest in technical topics 
  • High business acumen, ideally having been involved in a business role in the past (Sales, Fleet, Aftersales, etc.)
  • Needs to be fully proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a 
  • Proactive work attitude, a get-it-done mentality, and collaborative
  • Confidently manage multiple stakeholders.
