About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to handhold the customer who has entered into a contract with AFP  through to the successful completion and handing over of the project.  Project Engineers, Planning Engineer, Draughtsman and Commissioning supervisors help the project manager in achieving the above goals.

Key Accountabilities:
Must have atleast 5-7yrs of expereince in commercial industry.
Responsible for end to end project implementation and maintainence.

Will be involved in supervision of design team hence should be an expert in Air distribution, Load Calculations, Selection of equipments, electrical knowledge 

Responsible for project management, vendor management, contract management, in addition to improving profitability and customer satisfaction.
 

About You:
To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

 

Must have handled project related to Commercial AC, Refrigeration and Solar system.
Must be willing to to work on tight deadlines.

Thorough application knowledge of , VRF other DX air conditioning systems .
Very good understanding and working knowledge of Auto CAD software and international HVAC codes like Ashrae, Smacna.

Should have handled simultaneously multiple projects using SAP and capable of reporting project wise cost variance reports in addition to day to day activities on SAP. 
Thorough working knowledge on Project Planning softwares like MS Project and Primavera.
English language along with good functional knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Power point essential.

Must have Graduate Mechanical Engineer Or Any engineer degree/ diploma
