About the Role

 

The Retail Sales Representative (Watch & jewellery) is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience with high levels of professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, also facilitate variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team.

 

Key Accountabilities:-

 

  • Organizing skills
  • Provide customers with current relevant information about the product
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Describe a product's features and benefits
  • Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications and care.
  • Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management.

 

About You

To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales.
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Sales Skills & Presentation skills
  • Good Analytical skills & Interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Customer Focused
