  • ​This job is a member of the Marketing and Loyalty Team within the Marketing and Loyalty Division.
  • ​Responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of Support Staff who interact with AAdvantage members seeking assistance with account issues.

What you'll do

  • ​Motivates and guides team to meet business competency goals, working collaboratively with Quality Assurance Coaches on overall performance
  • Interprets company policies to the team and enforces operational requirements
  • Recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures
  • Maintains personnel files and performance records, and collaborates with the departmental coordinator on time and attendance discussions
  • Involves team members in employee engagement activities, including team-building, work-life balance, recognition and enrichment
  • Confers with other Supervisors and Managers to coordinate departmental activities
  • Assists team with solving issues that arise from their interactions with AAdvantage members and/or partner representatives
  • Knowledgeable of the AAdvantage program

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years related experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
