Responsibility:
Creating and liaising non-merchandise POs
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Booking training and meeting rooms when requested.
Scheduling appointments and meeting and preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate department.
Work closely with the management team to oversee daily business operations.
Composing letters, memos and correspondence and create presentations as requested
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in BA
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

3 years’ Experience as an Admin Executive or Office Manager

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Attention to Detail and Highly organized.
-
Creative Problem-Solving Skills.
-
Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent written and oral skills.

MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.
