ROLE PURPOSE:
Interior Planners are the first point of contact with the customer. They are responsible for the planning of kitchens and wardrobes of the customer.
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Planning & Sales
- Understands the customer need, the dimensions of the living space and then plan the best solution possible.
- Ensure that the customer gets the measurement appointment within 24 hours of enquiry.
- Responsible for booking the measurement appointment at the customers residence.
- Following up with a planning meeting.

Store Disciplines, SOP’s and Routines
- Follow all store SOP’s, routines and guidelines
- Follow the store operating guidelines .
Customer Service
- Understand the customer needs and provide a “solution based sales”.
- Always keep the customer first and work with fitters, product executive to provide seamless service.
- Should provide constant feedback on the performance of products ( internal and external) to the Product / Master Data executive.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 2+ years as Interior designers / Kitchen planners preferably in Home retail.
Behavioural Competencies: Positive personality, team player, problem solver
