About the Role:
Receive units from warehouses and other branches along with delivery orders and custom certificate
Release units sold to the customers along with relevant documents to Sales staff or other branches
Coordinate with PDI department and Logistics to ensure that PDI is made to all sold vehicles before delivery to customers
Handle the safekeeping of vehicle keys and customs certificate
Handle the showroom display and demonstration vehicles
Prepare stock list for the vehicles available in the parking area and minimize the risk of potentially damaged/stolen vehicles by running patrol of parking area from time to time
Prepare new vehicle repair requests to send to Head Office for approval
Arrange schedule of driver for daily work and send customer vehicles to the workshop for services
Prepare a monthly stock confirmation and send to the Marketing Department
Prepare a daily stock register attested by the security guard on a daily basis
Notify management for any damage to units received and arrange for repair.
About You:
At least a High School graduate with commercial working background
2 - 5 years stock controlling experience within a reputable organization
Preferably have work experience within a similar position in the automotive industry
PREFERRED SKILLS
Computer literate and able to use MS Office to an adequate level; MS Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills
Able to communicate in English to a good level
Understand the importance of safety in the workplace
Hold a UAE driving license
