About the Role:

 

    Receive units from warehouses and other branches along with delivery orders and custom certificate 
    Release units sold to the customers along with relevant documents to Sales staff or other branches 
    Coordinate with PDI department and Logistics to ensure that PDI is made to all sold vehicles before delivery to customers
    Handle the safekeeping of vehicle keys and customs certificate
    Handle the showroom display and demonstration vehicles
    Prepare stock list for the vehicles available in the parking area and minimize the risk of potentially damaged/stolen vehicles by running patrol of parking area from time to time 
    Prepare new vehicle repair requests to send to Head Office for approval 
    Arrange schedule of driver for daily work and send customer vehicles to the workshop for services 
    Prepare a monthly stock confirmation and send to the Marketing Department 
    Prepare a daily stock register attested by the security guard on a daily basis 
    Notify management for any damage to units received and arrange for repair.

 

 

About You:

    At least a High School graduate with commercial working background
    2 - 5 years stock controlling experience within a reputable organization
    Preferably have work experience within a similar position in the automotive industry
 

PREFERRED SKILLS

    Computer literate and able to use MS Office to an adequate level; MS Word and Excel
    Strong organizational skills
    Able to communicate in English to a good level
    Understand the importance of safety in the workplace
    Hold a UAE driving license
