• Responsible for conducting performance observations related to airport financial internal controls, airport experience policies and procedures, and American’s commitment to clean onboard our aircraft.
• This job is a member of the Performance Assurance team within the Customer Experience group.

What you'll do

• Support company delivery transformation projects and change management
• Identify and communicate business process inefficiencies
• Analyze findings, determine root causes and develop recommendations
• Assist in special projects and investigations
• Analyzing customer survey data and develop process changes to improve Station performance

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Airline experience
• Previous root cause analysis identification
• Knowledge of above the wing airport processes and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with advanced Excel and Access skills

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Detail oriented

• Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within the organization
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to travel approximately 50 - 75%
