About the Role

 

The in-store VM implements the VM guidelines in the store to support the achievement of sales targets, to elevate the customer experience and enhance brand sophistication.

 

Key Role Specific Accountabilities

 

Visual Display Responsibilities

Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store

Maintain store display standards ensuring the brand image and company standards are projected at all times

Accountable for changing signs, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of fixtures, signage, lights, and equipment

Styled mannequins

Create monthly floor sets for rollouts

Insure maintenance and inventory of the VM tools

 

Business development

Facilitate sell-out of obsolete or overstock products through attractive displays

Align VM with commercial actions : new ranges, promotions, best sellers

Contribute to set-up in case of events/opening/sales

Demonstrate reactivity in term of shortage on best sellers

Where required, support with sales

 

Reporting

Send reports and pictures to VM Manager and work closing with SM and team to maintain VM standards

Stay informed and report about city/mall/actuality/events environment

 

About You

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

2-5 years of retail experience

Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser

Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization

 

Job-Specific Skills:

Creative and innovative thinker

Having analytical skills and the ability to produce & analyse sales merchandising reports

Flexibility

Proactivity

Strong organizational skills

Computer skills
