What you'll do

- Help define the overall technology strategy for Ramp tools & technologies
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with airport leaders, headquarters support teams, and our IT partners to ensure we’re delivering technology that moves the dial
- Care for and lead a team of product owners who passionately pursue ways to innovate and optimize airport processes via technology
- Work closely with key stakeholders including senior leadership on defining and implementing our technology strategy for Customer Operations
- Ensure we’re executing on established portfolio objectives by crafting & tracking initiatives that drive improvement on the company’s key results
- Oversee many simultaneous and complex projects
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or Business Administration
- 7+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Prior experience in IT, or direct experience working with IT on technology deliverables
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience

- Ability to think strategically, weighing long-term implications and solutions
- Ability to problem solve, build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Action oriented, results-driven leader with a natural aptitude for engaging employees across multiple workgroups
