About the position:

 

  • Providing a high standard of service to the business and exceptional services to VIP Guests, Visitors, Consultants and Executive Management Team 
  • Participate in environmental and safety issues that concerns the workplace 
  • Helping maintain a clean and tidy work area 
  • In charge for ordering toiletry, pantry and stationary supplies
  • Creation of Ariba Purchase Orders
  • Sustain, maintain, and update stocks or supplies from different area of responsibilities such as offices, storeroom, pantry 
  • Facility Maintenance 
  • Manage all meeting rooms in the building
  • Manager asset disposal of all locations 
  • Manage and maintain systems vehicles 

 

 

About you:

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Good Communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work as an individual and with cross functional teams
  • Ability to multitask
