About the Role
The Pricing Manager contributes to the implementation and monitoring of the pricing strategy across multiple channels and countries Al-Futtaim Retail Brands.
Key Role Specific Accountabilities
- Develop & Drive Pricing Strategy & Pricing Guidelines
- Takes leadership role to develop and drive specific country level strategies
- Contribute to price lists and commercial conditions establishment
- Understand & manager adherence to pricing Indices across our brands
- Competitor pricing review
- Develop Pricing Policy (Price leader/follower)
- Reporting of effective and current data
- Understand and collect customer information around pricing perception
- Collect, monitor and analyze channel pricing information and determine and guide actions for alignment and compliance with strategy
- Driving quarterly revenue/financial execution with the sales team
- Explore new and creative ways to grow retail channels
- Assess revenue and margins implications of price lists and of pricing within programs
About You
Education:
- Degree/Certification in Finance AND/OR significant experience in Pricing
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 5-8 years’ experience with a focus on pricing for retailers & distributors
- Experience in pricing in multiple channels across multiple countries
- High-tech and/or computer industry and/or consumer fast moving organisation back-ground
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with advanced financial modelling ability
