• ​This job is a member of the Cargo Revenue Management Team within the Customer Experience Division
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely rating of Air Waybills (AWB) by manually rating and/or auditing any and all components of AA and interline AWBs, meet month end requirements and perform ad-hoc reports and projects as needed

• Rates and/or audits Cargo Air Waybills accurately and timely
• Works closely with various Cargo departments all over the world to get issue resolution
• Meets month end requirements
• Produce daily status reports
• Reports out monthly numbers

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​High School diploma or GED Equivalency

• Skills in math
• Ability to be detail oriented

• Ability to work with minimal to no supervision and within a group
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and take ownership

• Ability to demonstrate discipline to perform repetitive tasks
• Keen observation of changes in customers daily behavior
• Ability to have an analytical bend to identify if a rate is high or low depending on knowledge of rules
• Ability to demonstrate processing capability to prepare Ad-hoc reporting
• Knowledge of various types of rating issues within the cargo division
• Ability to communicate and work with other cargo departments to research and resolve rating issues
• Strong communication skills on technical topics
