- This job is a member of the Cargo Revenue Management Team within the Customer Experience Division
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely rating of Air Waybills (AWB) by manually rating and/or auditing any and all components of AA and interline AWBs, meet month end requirements and perform ad-hoc reports and projects as needed

- Rates and/or audits Cargo Air Waybills accurately and timely
- Works closely with various Cargo departments all over the world to get issue resolution
- Meets month end requirements
- Produce daily status reports
- Reports out monthly numbers

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED Equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Skills in math
- Ability to be detail oriented
- Ability to display high levels of personal initiative and problem solving
- Ability to work with minimal to no supervision and within a group
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and take ownership
- Ability to embrace and adapt to change easily
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines

- Ability to demonstrate discipline to perform repetitive tasks
- Keen observation of changes in customers daily behavior
- Ability to have an analytical bend to identify if a rate is high or low depending on knowledge of rules
- Ability to demonstrate processing capability to prepare Ad-hoc reporting
- Knowledge of various types of rating issues within the cargo division
- Ability to communicate and work with other cargo departments to research and resolve rating issues
- Strong communication skills on technical topics
