Overview of the role:

 

Job holder is responsible to Manage after sales Service for Aftron products across entire UAE , spares & Technical Support. Manage Federal Regulations complaince for Aftron products for all the market. Coordinate with 12 Outsourced Franchisee and Call Centre for After sales service of Aftron products.

 

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

 

Manage a service calls of average 500 per month.

12 Out-sourced Service franchisee .  Ensure calls are managed effectively and TAT is within 48 hrs.

Manage regular delivery of spares on daily basis for 25-30 calls. Manage spare support for Export customers.

Product evaluation, Corrective actions for failure reported. Manage technical support for Aftron Products in UAE , Oman , Qatar, Bahrain and other Re-export markets.

Compensation for Panel defects / Beyond economical repairs.

Regular Basis. Ensure no products are without Valid certificate.

 

Required Skills to be successful:-

Commercial knowledge

Supply Chain experience

Ms Office and Computer skills.

Technical knowledge about the products and Technology, Commercial knowledge, Federal regulation knowledge.

 

 

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelor Degree (Engineering degree preferred)
• 5-6 years’ experience in similar field
