  • This job is a member of the Payroll Operations Team within the Finance Division.

  • Responsible for motivating, developing, and providing leadership for employees responsible for processing the Company’s payroll.

What you'll do

  • Works with payroll analysts to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

  • Provides support for audits conducted by both internal and external sources

  • Analyzes business processes, making changes as necessary to increase efficiencies, adhering to existing SOX processing maps and requirements

  • Analyze large amounts of data using Microsoft tools such as Excel/Macros

  • Knowledgeable on labor agreements

  • Documents and updates procedures

  • Provides communication to all levels of management as required

  • Assists in reconciliation of payroll uploads from outside sources

  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines

  • Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 3 years of payroll, accounting, or human resource experience
  • Experience with a large payroll system (e.g. SAP)

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience/training

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines

  • Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change

  • Must work well under tight deadlines and high stress situations

  • Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and develop creative solutions

  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and well-organized

  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to demonstrate an absolute commitment to customer service
