What you'll do

  • Builds and maintains enterprise level audio visual applications and services
  • Programming Crestron 
  • Maintains understanding of current and new technology
  • Maintains equipment standards and standard room type designs
  • Consults with business units to design advanced, custom audio-visual solutions that fit specific needs
  • Troubleshoots complex issues with audiovisual and videoconferencing related technology (various projectors, control systems, audio, and videoconferencing)
  • Provides 2nd level support for all audio-visual related incidents
  • Works closely with other IT teams (security, network, etc.) to implement new enterprise audio-visual solutions
  • Provides best effort assistance to fulfill any audiovisual technical requirements as assigned

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), 10 years of Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer or administrator
  • 3+years of experience in Crestron programming (SIMPL,SIMPL+, VTPRO-e)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs 

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Ability to explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience, including non-technical groups
  • Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently
  • Experience with HTML5 solutions
  • Experience with live streaming events and IPTV systems
  • Certifications: CTS, Biamp TesiraFORTE, Crestron Programming courses, Microsoft Teams

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Understanding of Teams Admin Center
  • Experience with Crestron Fusion and Crestron Toolbox
  • Understanding of various DSP configurations and programming
  • Experience with kiosk and touch display technology
  • Thorough working knowledge of the operation and troubleshooting of AV and videoconferencing related technology
  • Experience working with Audio Visual integration companies
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
  • Experience with HTML5 solutions
  • Experience with live streaming events and IPTV systems
