This job is a member of the Talent Operations Team within the People/HR Division. As a Specialist/Sr Specialist with Talent Operations, you are responsible for driving recruiting excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities while creating, improving, and implementing operational business processes using data analysis and feedback as decision-drivers. Responsible for driving process improvement opportunities identified as part of continuous improvement processes (CIP), and associated change management initiatives.

  • Provide, analyze, recommend, negotiate, and direct work as subject matter expert on complex, technical and business process issues to drive recruiting excellence
  • Builds structure, programs and processes to improve efficiency of our talent team
  • Works cross-functionally to build, streamline and deliver training for both new and tenured members of the Talent team
  • Apply knowledge of key business metrics to proactively identify complex areas of improvement; determine whether improvement can be achieved through process changes or technology enhancement; negotiate solutions 
  • Collaborates with various departments to establish and execute project plans, facilitating requirements gathering and ensuring team is aware of milestone dates
  • Identify potential new and improved business processes, develop strategic options/ approaches to recommend to leadership 
  • Leads high visibility projects within the Talent team
  • Ensure business process documentation is recent and maintained in a central, and secure repository
  • Develops, implements, documents and ensures adherence to practices and procedures in partnership with Legal, Risk, Audit and Compliance
  • Tracks project issues, concerns, deliverables, acceptance criteria 
  • Conducts deep dives and acquires an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems 
  • Participates in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practice to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge 

 

All you'll need for success

 

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training 
  • 3 years of relevant experience (project coordination, business analysis, business process improvement)  
  • 3 years of developing and executing operational recruitment strategies that include the full recruitment lifecycle

 

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience in identifying and implementing recruiting operational best practices
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strategic business partnerships, both internally and externally
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies
