Job Description:

  • The GR Analyst will support the Government Relations department cover maximum administrative support to the GR team on daily basis. Job roles includes consolidating reports from different Brand units sale related with Gov’t entities.
  • Gathering and communicating achievements of the GR Dept. This role will also be required to assist with departmental projects, sponsorships and accommodate VIP guests, and customer assistance at times.  Carry out a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) to track results and success factors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and track  team operation progress and achievements to produce consolidated reports/achievements for distribution to the office of the GM, Gov’t Relations
  • Manage the schedule of the GR team, including setting up meetings and making complex travel arrangements; must also assist with travel expense related, Demo car requests and alike.
  • Proactively drive marketing programs, sponsorship events ensuring alignment with audience- government/semi government marketing objectives and with the company policy. Work within the budgets and SOPs of the company and of different brands.
  • Transcribe, format, edit, retrieve, and electronically file and track documents and presentations; must also be able to route documents successfully through an established approval process;
  • Manage and communicate an events and community calendar.

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor Degree

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Job-Specific Skills: Must be familiar with the following government bureaus:

Behavioural Competencies:   Ability to speak, read and write both in English, perform assigned duties in an efficient and accurate manner; analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives and make creative and sound decisions and/or recommendations; develop effective and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, superiors and those contacted in the course of work.
