Job Purpose:

To ensure that the assigned service jobs are executed in line with established work procedures, time standards and housekeeping standards so that the overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded.

 

Key Responsibilities:

OPERATIONS: Execute assigned jobs according to established work procedures and time standards.

SAFETY: Ensure to taking care of customer vehicle and personal safety.

HOUSEKEEPING: Ensure cleanliness of the workplace, tools and equipment and also of the customer's car being serviced

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Keeps abreast of new technology, work procedures, time standard and relevant technical knowhow to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.

DISCIPLINE: Maintain the discipline of the service establishment through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures.

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Certificate in Mechanical or Automobile or Electrical from reputed Training Institution.

Minimum Experience: 2- 4 years relevant experience

Job-Specific Skills: Advocate level of verbal and written English communication skills

Behavioural Competencies: Team worker and a self-starter.
