About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to manage our Luxury Department Store in Dubai Festival City. In the role of Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales and profits are maximised as well as providing direction to the store through leadership, motivation and effective communication. As a true brand ambassador for the Robinsons brand, you will motivate and develop your management teams to deliver exceptional results in all departments and concessions. You will be responsible for leading and representing our first Flagship store in the UAE.
You will be consistent in operational excellence across Robinsons Department store in UAE, has P&L accountability and brand compliance for the store, develops and implements strategic and annual business plans for retail function to expand the Robinsons brand and run profitable retail operations all of which is expected to result in an outstanding customer experience in-store and positive brand positioning for the business. This position is also responsible for driving Robinsons Department store business results through the effective coaching of the store teams.
About You
To be a successful Robinsons Leader, you will have a college degree or equivalent, minimum experience of 10 years in retail of which 5 years should be management level, preferably managing a large department Store in a high volume retail environment or be in an Area Manager role and ideally have an understanding of the Department Store concept.
You will have excellent leadership and people management skills, proven ability to increase sales and profitability, sound commercial and brand awareness and good technical proficiency with SAP, MS applications, and POS systems. You will be a true leader with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, guide and develop your teams. Fluency in the Arabic language will be highly regarded but not essential.

- Proven experience in handling VIP Guests/Royalty coupled with a strong business awareness
- Experience in a multichannel retail environment
- Experience in managing and driving multiple teams
- Motivated and can deliver Financial Budget and Key Performance Indicators
- Experience with and passion for premium fashion brands
- Understanding of customer research and the ability to amend the range to reflect customer requirements and feedback.
