About The Job

This job is a member of the Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. This position will be responsible for a variety of ad-hoc projects and analyses designed to increase revenue, understand performance, and/or improve the department's ability to make profit maximizing decisions.

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  •  Analyzes the effectiveness of revenue generating strategies
  • Derives actionable insights from trends in market
  • Develops and enhances Excel-based analytical tools
  • Performs ad hoc projects related to particular market, customer, or initiative
  • Develops a portion of the annual Revenue Plan for a portfolio of markets
  • Leads regular Strategy Calls with designed to improve performance of markets in specific regions
  • Participates in working groups for new technology projects

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong aptitude for creative problem solving and the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise presentations, insights, and recommendations
  • Candidate must display high levels of personal initiative and thrive in a team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ​​​Advanced skills in Excel, Access, or SQL
