Digital MEA Technology Sales Consulting Manager at Oracle – UAE
Job Description:
- Lead and develop an team of up to 11 highly motivated and high performing Sales Consultants (SC)
- Inspire the team to drive outstanding success for our customers, partners – and the sales teams that the Sales Consultants support.
- Ensure that the team is fully staffed and enabled, with ongoing talent management and development programs in place
- Build the structures and culture to ensure the team is leveraging their combined strengths to drive success for Oracle and our customers.
- Continually evolve the sales consulting model, defining and implementing best practice in remote customer engagement tools and techniques
- Provide leadership for the team to ensure that KPI’s are aligned to business needs, clearly defined and met.
- Build and maintain strong links to Sales and Product Leadership to ensure clear communication and close alignment to market requirements
- Manage the correct resourcing of the Sales Consulting Team in conjunction with other Sales Consulting resources in Oracle
Job Requirements:
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Leadership experience in a sales consulting or technical sales environment¬
- A strong understanding of the Technology marketplace and the Oracle Technology portfolio
- Strong understanding of the sale and consumption of cloud services, as well as the role of a Sales Consultant in driving customer and sales success
- A passion for people development is essential, with a successful track record of hiring and developing multicultural teams
- Regular overachievement of goals or targets in previous roles is expected.
- A proven track record in a B2B sales environment
- A primary degree in a Business or IT related discipline
- Fluency in both English and Arabic necessary. French is of additional advantage.
