                                    Contract Supervisor

 

Job Purpose:

To ensure that the operations part of the contract in Abu Dhabi, is running accordingly to set schedules, Annual Leave, fuel expenses. This must be achieved in the most cost effective and efficient way as continuous improvement is the paramount in achieving the financial and operational targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Operations:

  • To be the first escalation point when records are required.
  • Ensure that the replacement vehicles are delivered to the customer in case of breakdown.
  • Ensure the Leasing Supervisor is aware of any challenges with traffic fines collection.
  • Coordinate with Hertz PRO team for any legal requirements that enable day to day operations of the department.

 

Reporting:

  • Monthly Fleet Reports and other operations reports.
  • Contract performance reports.
  • Maintain the performance of the contract coordinators.
  • Registration Renewal, ADNOC washing cards Application status – Documented Communication with Hertz Support Services.
  • Document Traffic Fines violations.
  • Training, Coaching & Disciplinary reports.
  • Periodic meeting with EDA to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

 

 

Cost Effectiveness and Efficiency:

  • Run unknown damage reports along with Hertz Maintenance team and reduce the amount of money lost due to unknown damages.
  • Provide regular updates to Operations Manager and Senior Management Team, regarding potential cost saving or efficiency
  • improvements

 

Customer Complaint & Resolution:

  • Record all Customer Complaints and document corrective action
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with all escalated customer complaints as per the agreed process.

 

Management:

  • Carry out bi-monthly update sessions with Leasing Supervisor and Manager.
  • Attend and minute regular operational and team meetings.
  • Maintain and develop relationship between the customer and its piers within the business.
  • Contract Supervisor will also be responsible Maintaining the performance of the contract coordinators to ensure same procedures and process is followed and all Client requirements executed as per contract.

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Professional communication and presentational (written and verbal) skills.
  • Fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence

 

 

Minimum Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Administration rule in a French speaking capacity
