Fleet Service Clerk (Ramp)

Job Title

General Objective of Position/Role

To ensure the loading and unloading of baggage on/off aircraft in a safe and timely manner.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Loading and unloading of customer’s passengers’ baggage into and from containers.
Transport Cargo and inbound and outbound transfer baggage.
Perform duties in the inbound/outbound backroom and baggage transfer point.
Connect and remove ground power and ground start units.
Perform aircraft guide functions.
Perform cleaning of aircraft cabin

Core Competencies & Skills Required

Require a high level of physical fitness.
Must have normal colour vision.
Must be able to lift 50lbs in weight.
Must have a valid current driver’s license.
Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV3) license, PSV license preferred.
Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
Good attendance and time-keeping.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
A willingness to work in a shift environment (including overtime, weekends and holidays)
