Agent Operations

General Objective of Position/Role

Computes information for all areas of weight and balance.
Liaises with local and system departments (check-in, gate, ramp, maintenance, Cargo).
Coordinates with Systems Operation Control (SOC), dispatch and central loads to effect daily safe and on-time operations of station.
Obtains pertinent information for on-time operations.
Ensures that necessary information is disseminated to all operating departments.
Plans and coordinates with cargo and ramp activities such as loading/on-loading functions.
Briefs cockpit crews with meteorological conditions, NOTAMS, departure holds.
