Arabic Translation Team Leader at Nagwa

Location : Nasr City

Job Description:

Supervising, monitoring, and managing translators to ensure the quality of the translation
Maintaining the localization glossaries and style guides and keeping them up-to-date and audience-appropriate
Collaborating with content creation and product teams to ensure that language requirement are understood and supported, both from technical and linguistic perspectives
Allocating translation materials to team members according to their subject matter experience
Providing review and verification of translation work as required
Coaching the team members and holding training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest translation techniques
Developing and measuring the individual skills of team members and creating a team structure that allows flexibility
