Job Description:

Leading the development of educational content that may include, but is not limited to, the creation of questions, solutions, and videos, as well as their Arabic and French translations
Overseeing, coordinating, and providing consultation and technical support for online content development
Managing curriculum development to deliver pedagogically rich content
Coordinating with software developers and designers to help create and optimize content creation tools and systems
Leading different content development teams and monitoring their progress through well-defined milestones
Using procedure and style guides to ensure consistency across all content
Managing project execution so it adheres to schedule and scope
Managing content development activities and ensuring that the highest quality standards are being maintained

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, instructional design, or any relevant field

Relevant Experience:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Adaptability and flexibility
Being tech-savvy and up-to-date with the latest trends in education technology
Excellent planning, organization, management, and execution of projects
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
Excellent people management skills
Critical and analytical thinking
