Job Description:

• Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established / required timeline.
• Establish risk-based audit programs.
• Plan and execute engagements in accordance with acceptable standards.
• Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager.
• Review the suitability of internal control design.
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures, corporate governance and laws and regulations.
• Obtain, analyse, and appraise information as a basis for an informed, objective conclusion (opinion) on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed.
• Direct, counsel, and instruct staff assistant assigned to the engagement, and reviews their work for sufficiency of scope and for accuracy.
• Communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
• Perform special assignments in conjunction with instructions from Senior Audit Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce; major accounting.

Relevant Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).

Computer Skills:

• MS Word Skills Intermediate
• MS Excel Skills Advanced
• MS PowerPoint Intermediate
• MS Outlook Skills Intermediate
