Job Description:

You’ll lead the leadership development programmes, focusing on Director and VP level, in line with the leadership development framework and corporate strategic objectives
• You’ll support the leadership team by building their personal development plans aligned with Talent Development processes
• You’ll manage the succession plans of the internal leadership pipeline
• You’ll establish and implement a leadership coaching framework from design through to evaluation
