Job Description:

• You’ll be responsible for the delivery of HR processes as per the assigned business area
• You’ll act as subject matter expert for all HR services, including Performance Management, Training, Employee Engagement, Talent Management
• You’ll advise business units on HR related matters
• You’ll continually work to analyse and report on the assigned business area, presenting to Senior Management strategic initiatives for continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Degree Level in a relevant field

Relevant Experience:

• You should have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of HR
• Experience working with stakeholders across an organisation with diverse cultures
  • Project Management expertise
