Learning Design & Delivery Manager (6 Months Temporary) at Dubai Airports – UAE

Job Description:

You will conduct learning needs analysis using the latest industry methodologies in line with DA standards
You will design a range of learning solutions (leadership development, customer service, operational) using industry best practice in line with DA standards. You will integrate digital solutions where applicable, create evaluation plans to support the transfer of learning and map the design against DA values and behaviors framework.
You will develop material and curate content that creates a positive learning environment to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
You will facilitate learning sessions using the latest adult learning principles in line with DA standards

Job Requirements:

Education:

You will have a Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university in a field relevant to learning/training
You will hold professional qualifications in facilitation, instructional design and evaluation.

Relevant Experience:

You will have at least 6 years of professional experience in analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation in a blue-chip organization, preferably in a multi-cultural environment.
You will have experience in learning solutions project management using the ADDIE model.
2 years of experience in e-learning development using e-learning authoring tools is preferred.
