Job Description:

• You’ll manage the Performance Management framework at Dubai Airports, creating a performance driven culture across the organisation
• You’ll lead all communications relating to the Performance Management cycle, ensuring key milestones throughout the year are met
• You’ll be the subject matter expert on all Performance Management related processes, being the contact point for key stakeholders
• You will continually work to improve the Performance Management systems, ensuring ease of use and accessibility for all staff

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Degree Level in a relevant field

Relevant Experience:

• You will have a at least 5 years’ experience implementing and managing Performance Management frameworks and systems
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Oracle expertise
