Job Description:
- You will be responsible to Implement the standards and manages the consistency of the design, delivery, evaluations of all technical trainings across DA
- Supports designated post holders across DA who are accountable for Regulatory Compliance through GCAA and other Aviation Regulators
- Supports the development of consistent training design and delivery standards for all DA technical trainers and ensures that all technical trainers and assessors implement them
- Implements a training strategy to ensure maximum impact for DA’s safety culture by partnering with DA’s HSSE function and organizing trainings that are aligned to DA’s safety framework
- Supports the implementation of DA’s TNA process for technical trainings which improves efficiency of budget allocation and demonstrates value of budget spend
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant functional area with Professional qualifications in learning and development, training design or delivery
Relevant Experience:
- minimum of 6-8 years of professional’ experience as a Training Manager in an Operations function with an in-depth knowledge of Technical and Operational procedures
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
You should have qualification in a recognized L&D body as a Trainer in Technical and Operations environment
Delivered technical/operational programs in a multi-cultural environment with extensive and thorough knowledge of learning and development processes, methods and technologies
