Job Description:

  • Support Tender Engineers during negotiation stage with the customers, upon demand.
  • Launch the order process internally and externally.
  • Manage the contract in front of the customer.
  • Manage the drawing approvals & contract modifications, with support of design Engineer, BO and Partner support.
  • Invoices and delivers.
  • Optimize the Gross Margin during execution.
  • Specifies external purchases, including subcontractors (with support of purchasing & quality department).
  • Coordinate with both customers and intra-company interfaces on continuous basis.
  • Prepare contract review.
  • Plan all actions & follow up of quality of execution, contracts deliveries, customer inspections, invoicing and commitments.
  • Responsible for collecting / managing dues BG’s, LCs in coordination with Sales and Finance
  • Prepare all documents necessary for the follow up of projects activities (reports, invoicing, planning and management of information etc.)
  • Assess within the group the tools, methods and competencies and propose all necessary improvements and changes.
  • Close the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide invoicing forecast.
  • Responsible for recording proper data and project history / progress.
  • Provide feed back at the end of the project to all relevant departments on weakness / strength and improvement proposals.
  • Manage modification for the projects under execution.
  • Take over the responsibility of other Contract (Senior) Eng or Contract Mgr during his/her absence.
  • Monthly report, Monthly Project review with Finance and Management.
  • Team building and Development.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Relevant Experience:

  • Not less than 7 years Experience in Project Management /Contracting / Execution /Tendering of MV / LV Equipment and Packages.
  • Experience of Turnkey Project Business is plus.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Knowledge in MV/LV equipment, with specific focus on MV products/equipments such as MC Set, Ronex, RM6/Ringmaster, GenieEvo, SM6, F400. Transformer or similar type of equipment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of financial aspects and CCO.
  • Gulf Experience would be a plus.
  • Very good knowledge / experience in Commercial risks.
  • Very good knowledge / experience in planning and logistics aspects.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic and French would be a plus.
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft office and MS Projects.
  • Knowledge of ERP system would be a plus.
  • Quality Criteria.
  • Target invoicing associated with achieving the minimum required CCO.
  • Information reliability.
  • Response time and quality image in front of customers.
  • Offer optimization.
  • Very good interfaces and communications skills (extensive interfaces with partners and Schneider back offices).
