Oracle HCM Functional Consultant at El Sewedy Electric

Location: New Cairo

Job Description:

• Configures or modifies configuration on Oracle EBS HCM modules.
• Provides solution oversight for module design, configuration and integrations.
• Work closely with the Technical Consultants/Team to provide requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integration and conversions for Oracle EBS.
• Provides inputs to project planning activities and project status reports to Project Manager
• Initiate’s corrective action to stay on project schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Bsc.in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related field
• 5 years of experience
• 3+ end to end HCM Implementation.
• Experience in Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of Oracle Unified Methodology “OUM”.
• Strong EBS Knowledge for Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Self service).
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
• Fusion HCM Knowledge (Workforce Deployment, Talent Management) is a plus
