About The Job

This job is a member of the International & Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely rating of Air Waybills (AWB) by manually rating and/or auditing any and all components of AA and interline AWBs, meet month end requirements and perform ad-hoc reports and projects as needed.

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • ​Rates and/or audits Cargo Air Waybills accurately and timely
  • Works closely with various Cargo departments all over the world to get issue resolution
  • Meets month end requirements
  • Reports out monthly numbers

Required Qualifications

  • ​​High School diploma or GED Equivalency
  • ​Skills in math
  • Ability to be detail oriented
  • Ability to display high levels of personal initiative and problem solving
  • Ability to work with minimal to no supervision and within a group
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and take ownership
  • Ability to embrace and adapt to change easily
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate forward thinking, challenges the status quo
  • Ability to demonstrate discipline to perform repetitive tasks
  • Keen observation of changes in customers daily behavior
  • Ability to have an analytical bend to identify if a rate is high or low depending on knowledge of rules
  • Ability to demonstrate processing capability to prepare Ad-hoc reporting
  • Knowledge of various types of rating issues within the cargo division
