About You

What’s more, we believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:
- Live and share the IKEA values every day
- 3 years of experience inIKEA as Sales Leader, Commercial Leader or equivalent positions
- Knowledge of the total IKEA range offer
- Overview and excellent understanding of life at home in the market and market needs
- Overview of PR&C country specific issues
- Knowledge of MS Excel and IKEA sales report analysis
- Knowledge of IKEA sales systems and planning tools
- Understanding of IKEA store operations from sales perspective
- Training and facilitation skills
- Project implementation support
About the Role
You are responsible to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability with the Market Specific Range segment by actively leading the process of defining the country Market Specific Range (UAE, QATAR,EGYPT & OMAN), contribute in the Range Dimensioning process by securing proper input regarding Market Specific Range, collaborate with sales teams, identifying potentials for the Market Specific Range to meet the markets specific needs and secure competence and knowledge for sales teams; arrange trainings, learn and share best practices within the Commercial Cluster and within the country.
Key Specific Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Market Specific Range Business plan
- Drive the total performance of the Market Specific Range through analysis and market knowledge

Identify and implement market specific range with the purpose to contribute to IKEA's market relevancy in the local markets(PMA)

Communication with Business Creators and Demand Planners at BA Free Range, and the main speaking partner to Sales Manager, Range Manager, Sales Leaders

Contribute during Sales Planning, Range Dimensioning and EDS Process

Contribute to the cluster meetings with relevant market specific knowledge, competence and analysis

Create annual business plan for countries to achieve sales goals

Secure good MSR range presentation to maintain good growth of all HFB as per yearly budget depending on information taken from senior sales leaders
