POWER & INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS

  • INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS
    Ingersoll Rand – Air Compressors; ARO Fluid Technology; Air Tools and Winch & Hoist

    POWER PRODUCTS
    Yanmar Marine Engines; Yanmar Industrial Products; Himoinsa & AGG. Full P&L responsibility for all business activities relating to business franchises including Units, Parts & Service operations.

  • To be the main operational contact with all Principals
  • To build market intelligence, develop and implement marketing activities to exploit every opportunity to gain market share.
  • To increase revenues and profitability of business franchise operations in the UAE markets or where distribution agreements allow.
  • To lead, control and motivate the supply lines in Sales, Aftersales  and Service Operations, to ensure the achievement of budgeted sales, gross margins, and net contribution.
  • To achieve and maintain standards at all sales locations  
  • To achieve CSI targets
  • To effectively control costs and safeguard the assets and interests of the Company for the benefit of the staff, the Company's reputation and for the shareholders.
 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Organizational, interpersonal and management skills
  • Leadership, planning; organizing; team player; target oriented; analytical ability; good communicator.
  • Competent in analyzing market situations, enabling positive decisions to effect excellent control on the Division.
  • Knowledge of global markets an advantage

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Engineering degree
  • Minimum of 10 years industry experience
  • Minimum of five years senior management role
  • Five years experience at senior level at senior level in sales & marketing
