About The Role

In the role of Sales Associate, you will combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for the Ted Baker product and the Brand.  You will use your product knowledge and experience to provide an exceptional shopping experience within the Ted Baker stores and be confident in driving sales.

You will report to the Store Manager and your daily responsibilities will include participating in the sales floor replenishment, sales and offering exceptional customer service and advice.

 About You

To be a successful Ted Baker Ambassador in our store in Yas Mall, Abudhabi, you should have previous retail experience, a passion for fashion, be commercially aware of new trends and keep up with regional season trends in the market.

You must be a good team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good spoken English. You will use your excellent customer service experience to anticipate and understand customers’ needs and requirements. Fluency in Arabic would be highly desirable.

You must be happy working in shifts over a 6 day working week.
