About The Job

This job is a member of the Strategy and Development Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. This position will be responsible for providing project management support for Project Payload, our end-to-end business and technology transformation. Key activities for this role will include leading large-scale, cross-functional project teams to design, plan and implement the initiatives that are critical to Project Payload's success. 

 

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Leads the planning and implementation of projects
  • Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Defines project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develops full scale project plans
  • Assembles and coordinates project staff
  • Plans and schedules project timelines
  • Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provides direction and support to project team
  • Monitors and communicates progress to all stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 5 years of experience leading (directly or indirectly) cross-functional teams
  • Project Management certification or related work experience managing large projects
  • Communication strategy and planning experience at the project/team level
  • Ability to lead and manage large scale, cross-functional projects
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels effectively
  • Self-starter who is good at building relationships quickly
  • Project manager skills with the ability to work with others to drive action, decisions and remove barriers that get in the way of progress
  • Action-oriented
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer experience
