Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering.is a must
-Master degree in Business Administration.is preferable
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Excellent leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

Job Description:
• Implementing the global product group strategy in the Country/Cluster, and ensuring business development, including profit and loss (P&L), in domestic and allocated market. Providing input to global product group strategy. Participating in LBU strategy development in partnership with local management team.
• Ensuring development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensuring achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
• Evaluating market opportunities and deciding appropriate activities in line with the strategy.
• Ensuring profitable business growth in the domestic and allocated market.
• Overseeing production and/or execution of high-quality products, services and processes. Monitoring quality metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement in local execution, and overseeing improvement activities.
• Ensuring the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing relevant local Research and Development initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
