About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to work for Al Futtaim Lexus in Dubai. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible in monitoring the stock levels of vehicles and products at their respective branch as well as liaising with the relevant departments for facilitating the movement of any incoming/outgoing goods.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and update stocks on site (quantify showroom parking, display and demo vehicles)
- Assist and manage end to end process (systems and paper trail) from the invoicing stage until delivery of the vehicle/good in coordination with BA & Sales Assistant
- Inspect vehicles and goods sent to and from the branch before accepting a delivery to ensure that the vehicles/goods received have the specifications that are outlined in the Purchase agreements and are received in acceptable condition
- Proper maintenance of the damage vehicles
- Prepare daily stock reports based on data extracted from SAP and updating the system to reflect manual changes/orders
- Arrange weekly stock meeting with the line manager to review full stock situation
- Oversee the allocation of stock based on the respective orders while liaising the Retail Head Office and the Stock Management Office
- Showroom vehicle maintenance
- On-time vehicle servicing schedule of demo cars and run around vehicle. Weekly and Monthly update of Demo Log and Usage
- Display unit must be Maintained and displayed in pristine condition.
- Vehicle display matrix, inventory management, initiating and managing the process for new car registration and demo de-registration.
About You:
An ideal candidate for this role should possess a Diploma or any Automotive trade related Certificate. You will have at least 3 years’ work experience as a Stock Controller in a large warehouse, ideally in the automotive industry. You will have good experience on stock movement and monitoring, inspection, stock reports, allocation of orders and stocking procedures. Experienced in SAP and automotive processes and business management are added advantage.
