Logistics Senior Specialist at Schneider Electric
Location : New Cairo
Job Description:
- Manage the logistic aspect of a international projects, from procurement to delivery, in accordance with project’s budgets, deadlines and objectives;
- Analyze and define complete logistic flows, taking into account the customer, final country of delivery, nature of supply, shipping constraints, packaging, incoterms, payment;
- Anticipate and minimize any logistic risk before and during project execution;
- Procurement, supplier ‘s follow-up to secure fulfilment of supplier’s contractual terms and conditions in accordance with project’s needs.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably international logistic & transport;
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistic is a must;
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Good knowledge in international trade (procurement, incoterms, transportation, customs, international contracts, insurances, certification, etc.);
- Fluent in English & French is a must.
