1- Collecting reports from different sources and formulate an overview and details insight about the status of the call center.
2- Deciding corrective actions needed to enhance performance.
3- Share a frequent dashboard with team members for aligning them with their performance results.

-Job Requirements:-
1- Total years of experience 4 years.
2- Two years of experience in business analysis within the call center.
3- Preferable Real Estate background.
4- Advanced use of Excel.
5- High level of communication skills.
