Location: Sheikh Zayed

Job Description:
• Contacting shipping lines and forwarders for getting competitive shipping rates.
• Sourcing and contacting with new suppliers.
• Placing orders to suppliers (Purchase order).
• Following up & receiving shipping documents & complete required procedures related Bank, governmental departments.
• Monitor shipments and tracking updates for incoming shipments and fill the standard tracking sheets and reports to the logistics manager.
• Following up customs release process and delivery to warehouse & Files all related documents
• Manage receiving of shipments with warehouse& making receiving notes/record
• Review invoices of freight forwarders & pass it to A/C department for payments procedures.

Job Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Very good communication skills.
